Country Marketing Manager USA for Barebells
Vitamin Well USA (under which NOCCO and Barbells are included) is looking for a Country Marketing Manager responsible for the marketing of NOCCO and Barebells in the United States.
NOCCO is a beverage with BCAAs (branched chain amino acids) and vitamins that was born in Sweden 2014. NOCCO products are carbonated, sugar-free and low calorie.
Barebells is a functional food company born in Sweden in 2016. Barebells offers a broad range of products high in protein, serving as alternative to snacks and desserts – without compromising on flavor. Both Barebells and NOCCO are available in over 40 markets globally.
More about the position:
The Country Marketing Manager is responsible for the general strategy for both NOCCO and Barebells in the U.S. market, integrating the brands and products into the sports, fitness and lifestyle communities. This also includes executing both brands’ global campaigns in a customized way, creating market specific solutions for US consumers as well as working closely with the marketing team in Stockholm, Sweden to ensure consistency in the Global execution.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, manage and coach the US marketing organization
- Owner of NOCCO/Barebells marketing budgetsAmbassador program
- Execution of events
- Social media
- PR and comms in collaboration with Communications Team
- Amplification of partnerships and events
- US input to global strategy
- Point of sales
- Strong collaboration with sales team

The Country Marketing Manager will report to the CEO in the U.S. The position is full-time and located in Venice, Los Angeles.
