Mal O’Brien 1st place in the 2020 Elite Teen Throwdown

A BIG congratulations to our Barebells Ambassador Mal O’Brien for winning 1st place in the 2020 Elite Teen Throwdown this weekend.

A four day event that took place in Three Rivers, MI. With there being no Teen Games this year, the Elite Teen Throwdown was truly the best test in replacement to the CrossFit® Games as it was a licensed CrossFit event. We couldn’t be more proud and are extremely excited to see what the future holds for Mal.
